Ucore's Kingston technology center houses the 52-stage RapidSX demonstration plant operated with Kingston Process Metallurgy. The plant has accumulated more than 7,400 hours of simulated commercial operation, processed tonnes of mixed rare-earth material and produced NdPr and 99.9% dysprosium oxide qualification samples. A dedicated commercial samarium-gadolinium scale-up remains conditionally funded and under development.
