U92 Energy Corp. is a Canadian uranium explorer advancing the wholly owned Kurupung Uranium Project in Guyana's Cuyuni-Mazaruni Region. Kurupung comprises two prospecting licences covering 92.2 square kilometres and more than 129,000 metres of historical drilling. The current issuer was formed when former capital-pool company Sprock-it Acquisitions Ltd. completed its January 2026 qualifying transaction with private U92 Corp.
