Siana comprises a 3,289-hectare mining agreement, active open pit and 1.1-million-tonne-per-year Outotec processing plant. Milling resumed in March 2024 and the operation remains in soft commissioning rather than declared commercial production. Greenstone is installing a second crushing circuit, upgrading gravity and oxygen systems, expanding tailings capacity and developing solar generation while evaluating an underground transition.
