Balabag is a 4,779-hectare open-pit gold-silver operation using hybrid Merrill-Crowe and carbon-in-leach processing at approximately 2,000 to 2,500 tonnes per day. Continuous milling began in July 2021 and commercial production was declared on November 1, 2021. The current resource report reflects drilling only through Phase 4, while subsequent phases continue to test lateral and deeper mine-life extensions.
