Tulla Resources Plc was the former 50% joint-venture owner of the Norseman Gold Project. Pantoro acquired all Tulla shares on 30 June 2023, TUL was removed from ASX after 3 July 2023, the entity was renamed Norseman Gold Limited and it was dissolved on 15 July 2025.
