Ancuabe is an advanced graphite project in Cabo Delgado held through the incorporated Cabo del Gado joint venture, in which NQM holds 70% and Triton retains 30%; NQM has managed the Grafex Limitada and Kwe Kwe Graphite, Lda operations since August 21, 2026. The project has a 46.1Mt JORC resource, 24.9Mt probable reserve and completed DFS; its mining concession is granted, while the force majeure declared in June 2022 remains in effect.
