Tres-Or Resources Ltd. is a Canadian diamond explorer that owns the Guigues kimberlite in Quebec and two mining licences over the Lapointe kimberlite in Ontario. Guigues has extensive microdiamond and indicator-mineral testing and more than ten tonnes of stored drill core awaiting macrodiamond processing. Tres-Or ceased its Brazil operations in fiscal 2026 and is pursuing a proposed reverse takeover to acquire the Stonecutter diamond-gold project near Wawa, Ontario.
