Florence Copper is Trekor's wholly owned in-situ copper recovery operation in Pinal County, Arizona. Commercial wellfield solutions circulate through the fractured oxide and transition zones, and recovered copper-bearing solution is processed through an on-site SX/EW plant into LME Grade A cathode. Production began in February 2026. The operation has 85 Mlbs per year nameplate capacity and a 22-year reserve life. The March 2023 study reported US$232 million of remaining initial capital and US$930 million after-tax NPV at an 8% discount rate, while the 2025 Annual Information Form reported actual commercial-facility construction costs of approximately US$275 million and cautioned that the study economics had not been updated for actual construction costs or current operating and sustaining-capital estimates. Mitsui holds a copper stream and Taurus holds a gross-revenue royalty, but neither currently holds project equity.
