Santa Cecilia covers approximately 3,250 hectares in Chile's Maricunga belt beside the Norte Abierto district. Torq's project company holds an underlying option to acquire the concessions, and Gold Fields currently owns 10% of that company after funding its initial earn-in stage. Eleven Torq holes across Cerro del Medio, Pircas Norte and Gemelos Norte have outlined broad gold-copper mineralization without establishing a mineral resource.
