The expanded project comprises 228 federal lode claims over approximately 1,902 hectares and covers a roughly four-by-two-kilometre alteration cell with multiple mineralized vein corridors. Toogood has an exclusive option to earn 100% by completing staged share payments, subject to a 3% NSR with partial buy-down rights.
