TNR holds a 1.5% net smelter returns royalty on Mariana, including 0.15% held on behalf of a shareholder. Ganfeng's first-phase 20,000-tonne-per-year lithium chloride plant formally entered production in February 2025 and the project completed its first export in February 2026.
