Mannar is a 100%-controlled heavy-mineral-sands project on Mannar Island in northwest Sri Lanka. Its proposed first stage is a 4 Mtpa dredge operation producing ilmenite-leucoxene, rutile, zircon and garnet concentrates from surface sand with no barren overburden.
