Titanium Sands is an Australian-listed developer advancing the Mannar Island heavy-mineral-sands project in Sri Lanka. Mannar has a current JORC resource and a 2023 scoping study for dredge mining and production of ilmenite-leucoxene with rutile, zircon and garnet credits; licence, environmental and commercial-partner work is ongoing.
