Tier One Silver Inc. is a Canadian-listed precious- and base-metals explorer focused on its wholly owned Curibaya silver-gold-copper project in southern Peru. The company completed an eight-hole phase-two program at Curibaya in 2026 and is advancing an expanded environmental permit. It also has a conditional letter of intent to acquire a 70% interest in the Ruta de Cobre copper-molybdenum project in Ecuador, subject to financing, definitive documentation and approvals.
