THEMAC Resources Group Limited is the former TSXV-listed parent of New Mexico Copper Corporation, which owns and develops the Copper Flat Project in Sierra County, New Mexico. Tulla Resources Group Pty Ltd. owns all of THEMAC after completing the 2025 going-private arrangement. Copper Flat is a feasibility-stage porphyry copper project with molybdenum, gold and silver by-products.
