Vetas comprises nine mineral claims covering approximately 313.9 hectares in the California-Vetas mining district of Santander. Terra Rossa owns 100% of Minera Vetas Ltd., which holds a 100% undivided interest in the concessions. The property is subject to US$5 per ounce of Measured and Indicated resources reported in compliant technical reports payable to the original Colombian vendors, plus a Colombian state royalty stated as an effective 3.2% net smelter return.
