Teras Resources Inc. is a Canadian exploration company with early-stage gold properties in California, Montana and Nevada. The company lost its sovereign-land exploration lease at the Cahuilla project, sold two wholly owned deeded Cahuilla parcels to NatBridge and entered preliminary arrangements over additional parcels. Its other interests include the Watseka mill and gold property plus Sunny Slope, Gold Point, Corral Canyon and Superstition Mountain. Teras' reporting is materially overdue and its NEX-listed shares are not trading.
