Halo Battery Recycling owns a completed and Environment Agency-approved lead-acid recycling plant at Tipton. The July 2026 prospectus identifies Wolverhampton as Recyclus' sole operating plant and says confidential heads of terms have been entered into for a possible sale of Halo, so Tipton remains pre-commercial pending that strategic process. Technology Minerals' indirect economic interest is through its 48.27% Recyclus holding.
