The proposed sale of a 50% interest to ALT Resources PLC will not proceed under the expired non-binding Letter of Offer, and all discussions have terminated. A desktop geological review of historical exploration data across the portfolio, supported by field reconnaissance on priority tenements, is underway to inform future exploration priorities.
