Fougnar comprises two exploration licences covering 30.6 km2 and is held 100% by Talisman through a Moroccan subsidiary. The licences were renewed for a four-year term through 8 May 2030 and remain eligible for conversion to exploitation status under Moroccan mining legislation and regulations. Exploration targets approximately 8 km of strike along known copper occurrences and at least two stratigraphic levels in a sediment-hosted stratiform copper system. The drilling campaign is planned for Q4 2026 after being moved from Q3 2026.
