Tactical Resources Corp. was a TSXV-listed rare-earth explorer whose Peak Project in western Texas combines owned quarry-tailings inventory with continuing access to Sierra Blanca Quarry material and an option to acquire the quarry operator. The TSXV:RARE shares were delisted after an August 13, 2026 business combination; the operating company is now a subsidiary of a same-named parent scheduled to trade on Nasdaq as TREO.
