The Millungera Basin geothermal venture is in north-west Queensland. I-Pulse is to assume operational control and spend at least A$5 million to earn 80%; after the earn-in the planned interests are I-Pulse 65%, Greenvale 20% and Sunrise 15%, with no Sunrise funding obligation before completion.
