Orbit comprises five mineral claims covering 6,595 hectares north of JD and east of Theory in the Toodoggone district, with two further claims under application. Sun Summit holds 51%, Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. holds 49% and Eagle Plains is the operator. A definitive joint venture is planned by December 31, 2026; the May agreement provides for the parties to decide on a jointly funded exploration program once the definitive agreement is finalized and executed.
