Hughes covers the eastern extension of Nevada's historic Tonopah district and includes the former Belmont mine. The project is wholly owned, subject to a 1% net smelter return royalty that may be reduced to 0.5% for US$4 million, and contains indicated and inferred in situ resources plus inferred tailings resources.
