Stroud Resources Ltd. is a Canadian mineral explorer that owns the Santo Domingo epithermal silver-gold project in Jalisco, Mexico through a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary. Santo Domingo has a current November 2017 NI 43-101 resource and additional vein targets tested in 2021-2022. Stroud also receives modest revenue from legacy Alberta oil and gas interests and is subject to a pending all-share acquisition by Silver Hammer Mining.
