Stria Lithium Inc. is a Canadian exploration company holding a 49% joint-venture interest in the Pontax Lithium Project in Quebec's Eeyou Istchee James Bay region. Pontax has an October 2024 NI 43-101 inferred lithium resource and is operated by 51% owner Cygnus Metals. Stria's shares have been halted since April 2026 while the company pursues a conditional change of business built around acquiring a Mt Henry gold royalty and changing its name to Arc Mineral Royalties Ltd.; that transaction had not closed by August 20, 2026.
