StrategX acquired 100% of the non-diamond mineral rights to 46 claims covering approximately 56,075 hectares from North Arrow Minerals. A 1% gross overriding royalty on non-diamond production applies, half of which StrategX may repurchase for C$1 million; the parties also share certain exploration infrastructure.
