Stelmine Canada Ltd. is a federally incorporated Canadian gold explorer with early-stage properties in northern Quebec. Its principal Mercator and Courcy assets are now operated by Canadian GoldCamps under an agreement that has conveyed an initial 10% interest and permits an earn-in to 80%. Stelmine's own public reporting is delinquent and its securities remain suspended under a cease-trade order.
