TitanBeach is a 192 km² Moroccan heavy-mineral-sands project held through the Shan Tang Mining SPV. NSM Capital has a 32% fully carried, non-dilutive interest, and Steadright's 76.5% NSM holding represents an issuer-stated approximately 24.5% effective TitanBeach interest. Beach One has a mining licence and partner-funded pilot-plant preparatory work is underway.
