Péribonka comprises 37 contiguous claims a few kilometres north of St-Ludger-de-Milot in Quebec's Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. It covers an ovoid magnetic anomaly interpreted as a possible carbonatite or alkaline intrusive beneath an estimated 30-60 metres of alluvial cover and remains completely untested by drilling. Steadright has an exclusive option to acquire up to 75%, while Critical Foundation Metals would retain a 25% carried interest; the vendors retain a 3.5% NSR, of which Steadright may buy back 1.5% for C$2.5 million, and the option rights terminate if Steadright does not spend C$400,000 on exploration or development by October 30, 2027.
