Goundafa is a historic mine within 1,600-hectare Production Concession No. 55 in south-central Morocco. Steadright paid a US$500,000 deposit under a binding 36-month earn-in that permits it to acquire up to 100% of concession holder CMS for total scheduled consideration of US$8 million.
