PFS-supported undeveloped open-cut extension south of Isaac Downs designed to use the existing Isaac Plains infrastructure and support a greater-than-20-year extension. Completion of the proposed Moranbah South acquisition would extinguish up to US$60 million in deferred and contingent consideration under the 2024 Designated Area Agreement. Completion is expected before the end of Q4 2026, conditional on Exxaro first acquiring Anglo's remaining 50% interest and regulatory approvals including FIRB, ACCC and indicative ministerial approval for tenement transfer. Isaac Downs Extension targets shallower Rangal measures by open cut, while a potential Moranbah South underground layout would target the deeper Goonyella Middle Seam.
