Large fully permitted underground hard-coking-coal development near Moranbah with two access drifts partly completed. The proposed Moranbah South acquisition offers potential access to the deeper Goonyella Middle Seam through Eagle Downs infrastructure if Eagle Downs is developed, subject to further technical studies, feasibility assessments and all necessary mining and environmental approvals. Acquisition completion is expected before the end of Q4 2026, conditional on Exxaro first acquiring Anglo's remaining 50% interest and regulatory approvals including FIRB, ACCC and indicative ministerial approval for tenement transfer.
