Gradir operates the linked Šuplja Stijena, Đurđeve Vode, Paljevine and Ribnik zinc-lead deposits in a 6.1 km² concession area near Pljevlja. The complex uses open-pit mining and flotation, produced 478,805 tonnes of ore in 2025 and continued exploration at Ribnik.
