St. James Gold Corp. is a Canadian gold explorer whose sole current mineral property is the wholly owned Grub Line Property near Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador. The company renewed exploration activity at Grub Line in fiscal 2025 after an earlier impairment. Its former Florin option obligations were settled and Quinn Lake was transferred to Florin Resources in August 2025.
