The 100%-owned project integrates the 15-Mile Mine, Old Austen Mine and Old Mitchell Mine through a central 3Mtpa processing hub using relocated Touquoy equipment. The January 2026 PFS defines an 11.4-year reserve plan; a July 2026 resource update supports feasibility work.
