Sphinx Resources Ltd., formerly Donner Metals Ltd., was a Quebec-focused explorer of zinc, copper, lead, gold, silver and platinum-group metals. Its historical portfolio included the Pontiac District projects and the Soufflot property near Belleterre. A proposed reverse takeover by Barlow Mine Inc. did not produce a documented closing; SFX was cease-traded in 2022, transferred to NEX as SFX.H, federally dissolved in December 2023 and delisted in December 2024.
