Lockerby East comprises the near-surface West Graham deposit and the deeper LKE deposit on nine mining patents totaling approximately 397 hectares. SPC owns the property, excluding the Crean Hill 3 patent, with a 1% net smelter royalty applying to two West Graham patents and a separate right to acquire the Crean Hill 3 surface and mineral rights.
