Spartan Resources Limited was a Western Australian gold developer centred on its 100%-owned Dalgaranga Gold Project, located 65 km north-west of Mt Magnet. Ramelius Resources acquired all Spartan shares through a scheme implemented on 31 July 2025, and ASX removed SPR from the Official List on 1 August 2025. Listing outcome: acquired by Ramelius Resources Limited.
