Pedra Branca is a 100%-owned district-scale gold project covering approximately 52,828 hectares through granted mineral rights and newer applications in central Ceará. The current inferred resource occupies Coelhos-Queimadas, Mirador and Igrejinha, while thirteen targets have been identified along a roughly 14-kilometre mineralized corridor within a more than 50-kilometre prospective shear zone. Original vendors retain gross-revenue royalties: 1% on base metals and 0.5% to 1% on gold depending on future measured-and-indicated ounces, with defined payment and buyback terms.
