Strathy covers approximately 46 square kilometres in the Temagami Greenstone Belt, the southern extension of the Abitibi Subprovince. Solstice controls the project under a June 1, 2024 option to acquire a 100% interest from 1544230 Ontario Inc. and Gravel Ridge Resources Ltd.; staged option payments and NSR burdens remain.
