Florida Canyon is an underground MVT zinc-lead-silver project operated by Nexa Resources. Solitario currently holds 39%; Nexa funds the project through a positive feasibility study to earn 70%, after which Solitario would retain 30% and its construction funding would be carried as a loan to production.
