Salar de Atacama is Nova Andino Litio's producing brine operation and associated Antofagasta chemical plant, yielding lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide and potassium salts. The December 2025 merger created a nearly equal SQM-Codelco joint venture: Codelco holds one share more than 50%, SQM holds one share less than 50%, and SQM controls operations through 2030.
