The August 2026 PFS defines a conventional 3.0 Mtpa open-pit operation using XRT ore sorting and gravity concentration over an approximately 7.25-year initial mine life, with A$138.77 million pre-production capital and a base-case A$309.28 million post-tax NPV8.
