Delta Resources assumed the remaining vendor obligations and received the option to acquire the Laurie Property under an April 2024 agreement. Sky Gold received cash and Delta shares and retained a 1.0% NSR. Delta may buy back 0.5% of Sky Gold's royalty for C$500,000 at any time and holds a right of first refusal on the remaining 0.5%.
