SKRR Exploration Inc. is a Canadian mineral explorer with two retained gold properties in Saskatchewan. It holds a 75% interest in the Olson Gold Project with Eagle Plains Resources and owns the Cathro Project. Both properties are being maintained in good standing without a current exploration program. SKRR has also agreed in principle to acquire Kenz Global Resources in a proposed reverse takeover centred on Saudi Arabian mineral licences. The transaction remains pending, and trading in SKRR shares is halted.
