Mon comprises 13 contiguous mining leases and one mineral claim covering about 622 hectares north of Yellowknife. Sixty North owns 100% subject to a 2% NSR, a further 2.5% loan-linked NSR and territorial royalty, and is constructing a permitted underground mine and 100-tonne-per-day gravity-flotation circuit without a mineral reserve or feasibility study.
