Sirios Resources Inc. is a Québec-focused gold exploration company whose current issuer materials identify its exchange symbols as TSXV:SOI and OTCQB:SIREF. Its flagship 100%-owned Cheechoo Gold Project hosts a July 2025 NI 43-101 resource and is undergoing a fully funded expansion-drilling program ahead of a planned preliminary economic assessment in H1 2027. Sirios also owns the Corvet Est, PLEX, Lac Pau, Fagnant and residual Tilly 2 exploration interests and operates the Aquilon joint venture, in which it holds 49% after Sumitomo earned 51%.
