Sala is a wholly owned exploration project with a JORC 2012 Inferred Mineral Resource. A non-binding letter of intent contemplates a staged earn-in by Medaro Mining Corp for up to 100%, with Sinclair retaining royalties and other exposure if definitive terms are completed.
