La Negra is a wholly owned operating underground silver-lead-zinc-copper mine in Querétaro. Modern production began in 1971, the mine restarted in 2024 and was operating at approximately 55% of its 2,500 tpd rate when Silverco acquired Nuevo Silver in May 2026. The flotation plant produces lead-silver, copper-silver and zinc concentrates. The current technical report declares no current mineral resource or reserve. Its QP has not completed sufficient work to classify the March 2022 historical estimate as a current estimate. A 15,000 m surface and underground exploration program began in July 2026, with an updated resource and life-of-mine plan expected in H2 2026.
